Melanie Thomas is a licensed Medical Aesthetician that has been practicing aesthetics in the Austin area for over eight years. After working alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons, Melanie decided to open up Radiant Complexions Skin Lounge to better serve her clients’ skin concerns. Melanie believes in a medical approach to skincare utilizing chemical peels, microneedling, customized facials and clinically proven at-home products to help her clients get the skin they’ve always wanted. She is passionate about helping every client that walks in her treatment room feel confident in their own skin.

Medical Director

Dr. Jill Spital is a board certified physician who has been living in Austin Texas since 2016. She works as an Emergency Medicine physician in addition to specializing in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Spital is experienced in neurotoxin (BOTOX/Dysport) and filler injections.  She is committed to treating all clients with a patient-centered approach while assuring natural looking results.

Melanie is a great esthetician who creates a relaxing and inviting environment for your experience. She offers a wide range of services that best fit your needs from a hydrafacial with extra enhancements such as blue light therapy to skinpen facials, VI facials and even vampire facials that have instant results. Her services are high quality and she only offers clean skincare products-my favorite is the clearing serum.

I can’t say enough good things about Melanie. I have suffered from bad skin since I was a teenager, which has led me to try multiple estheticians and dermatologist. Melanie has been the best thing to happen to my skin and I couldn’t be happier that she is so close to me in Lakeway. I recommend anyone looking for actual results and the glow feel to see Melanie. She is also super sweet genuine. I love that she offers amazing monthly deals too, it allows you to try new things that you might not have otherwise. 10/10 the best.

Absolutely in love with my skin after getting PRP micro needling treatment! It’s honestly never looked better I already want to go back for more!! Melanie had also done hydra facials on me before and she’s the best shes really knowledgeable about everything she does and I never will leave without full confidence in her! My skin is very sensitive and acne prone as well, also I’m allergic to sunscreen and she’s always able to help me no matter what my concern!!! At 66 I feel I could benefit from all the services/treatments that Radiant Complexions Skin Lounge offers. I had a collagen facial and it looks and feels wonderful! I was nervous and Melanie put my fears and me at ease. I will definitely be going back to her. I highly recommend Melanie and Radiant Complexions Skin Lounge.
